Ingredients:

4 cups fresh yellow watermelon, cubed

1/2 lemon (squeeze juice)

1-2 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)
1 tsp mixed essence
2 cups cold water

Optional: a few mint leaves for extra flavor
π Instructions:

Add the watermelon, lemon juice, honey, essence, mint leaves and water to a blender.

Blend until smooth.

Strain for a smoother texture.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.

Insert sticks or cover, and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or overnight.

To release, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds.
